Leslie O'Barr
Market Center Administrator (MCA)

Leslie O'Barr serves as the Market Center Administrator for Keller Williams Memphis & Mid-South, overseeing the financial operations and day-to-day business functions of the brokerage. With a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and agent support, she helps ensure our market centers operate smoothly while providing the resources agents need to focus on growing their businesses.

Our brokers are truly the people behind the scenes who help keep each of our offices moving forward. In Memphis, Weesie Percer is a trusted source of leadership and guidance, helping agents work through questions and challenges with confidence. Matt Talley brings that same dependable support to our Germantown office, always working to ensure agents have the direction and resources they need to serve their clients well. In Arlington, Jason Wallace plays an essential role in supporting the office and helping agents navigate their transactions with professionalism and care. Don Hall provides steady leadership to our Southaven office, offering the knowledge, experience, and thoughtful guidance agents can rely on throughout every stage of their business. Although each broker serves a different office and community, they are united by their commitment to our agents and the high standards that define Keller Williams. From reviewing contracts and answering time-sensitive questions to offering solutions during complicated situations, Weesie, Matt, Jason, and Don are always working behind the scenes to protect, encourage, and support our agents.
